The Modern Building Initiative is one of the initiatives to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, to lay the main pillars of the construction industry and to support the process of transformation from traditional to modern construction, by stimulating factories and enabling the use of modern construction methods and modern practices in the construction sector and through investing in advanced technologies that contributes to coping with industrial advancement, emphasizing the Kingdom’s leadership role in this field and the efforts put into enabling citizens to obtain the house that matches their expectations of high quality and competitive cost in a shorter lead-time. To insure achieving the aspirations of the Kingdom and its citizens; the initiative is overseen by the Housing Program, the National Industrial Developments and Logistics Program.
