Modern Method of Construction

Insulated Concrete Forms

ICF is a formwork system made of EPS foam-coated panels of the type that stays in place as a permanent mold for walls, floors and ceilings. Products can be blocks, wall panels, floor panels, and hordie. It can be single layers or multiple partitions connected by plastic or steel couplings. ICF are constructed by using two layers of insulation material that are stacked together to create the casing. Once the concrete has hardened, it becomes a complete structure.

We provide the best solutions for your growth

  • Using ICF can lead to cost savings compared to conventional concrete structures
  • ICF eliminates the need for cost items such as building a brick wall and insulation
  • Enhanced thermal resistance allow smaller mechanical heating and cooling systems, thus improving energy efficiency
  • Time savings can be achieved onsite as ICFs are readymade and ready to stack on the construction site.
  • Faster construction reduces the amount of time spent on site and speeds up cash flow for projects.
  • High labor productivity due to the lightweight nature of the blocks / panels.
  • ICF buildings offer good resistance to environmental loads and exceptional wind resistance
  • Properly constructed ICF buildings are resistant to wind loads & can be designed for all seismic zones
