Modern Method of Construction

Light gauge steel

Light gauge steel is steel sections made from thin sheets of uniform sections without the application of heat. Steel structures using Computer numerical control machines are filled with lightweight concrete and covered with gypsum board or concrete. can be used fully or partially to complement other types of construction. The sheets are typically extremely thin (1-8mm), and the sheet surface is coated with a zinc , This process enables steel manufacturers to produce light-weight but high tensile steel sheets. This results in buildings that are more stronger, durable and easier to build.

We provide the best solutions for your growth

  • LGS structure construction is 3x faster than conventional reinforced concrete construction
  • Lower lifecycle cost vs conventional concrete structure since high machinery production rates and lower manpower needed onsite
  • Lightweight structures have direct impact on reduction of infrastructural concrete and backfilling quantities
  • Flexibility in design due to the strength of steel
  • LGS allows for more spacious rooms as it takes up less space
  • The dead load (weight) of a building constructed using LGS is less than that of an equivalent reinforced concrete building
  • Reducing the dead load makes buildings more resistant to earthquakes
  • Higher quality than traditional reinforced concrete since LGS is manufactured in a factory. This leads to more accurate dimensions than reinforced concrete buildings
  • Excellent sustainability since LGS is 100% recyclable without any loss in its inherent qualities
